Here are some things to consider
- Assess your energy levels as objectively as you can: you may have planned on going back full time, but thereâ€™s no shame in saying that, for the time being, part time would be more feasible for everyone.
- Suggest that a short return-to-work meeting with your boss and/or other colleagues might be helpful for everyone. And bear in mind that you always have the option of organising an informal one with colleagues yourself.
- Take time to think yourself back into the job: get an update on whatâ€™s been going on in your absence, in terms of your office, the company and the general arena you work in.
